Synthetic Fabric Cutting and Welding Machine
INTRODUCTION:
It
will result in a clean cut and that
ultrasonic cutting and welding the edge
of the fabric is fused simultaneously
so that any tearing is prevented and
there will be no burrs at the cut edges.
This
unit can trace and align the opposite
cutting edges automatically and the
fabrics being cut and welded will be
taken up by two rollers.
The
mandrel is firmly fixed by a pneumatic
cylinder. The rack is arranged at the
bottom of the machine. The machine is
equipped with a cooling fan and a variable
speed motor.
