INTRODUCTION:
Tubes are feeded onto the tube holders of the rotary table by the operator. The filling, sealing, tube-trimming, serial number typing process are automatic operations. End products will be ejected from the eject funnel. The filling and sealing machine are seperated. For packaging several kinds of products, several filling are purchase to save more time to clean the inner of filling machine. Filler in high viscosity (such as filler with salt, grease, and cream etc.) is also suitable to package by this equipment.

1. The ultrasonic sealing is to seal the tubes with instant oscillation heat energy, thus it will not damage or affect the chemical composition of the filler.
2. If the sealing position is dirty, oily and glued with the filler, the tube sealing can also be made (for other sealing method, if the filler is oily, the tubes cannot be sealed)
3. The filling device is seperated form the tube sealing device and tube trumming device. Operators can fill another filler without cleaning the filling hopper and filling nozzle.
4. This equipment is also suitable to seal non--round tubes.
5. Provided with the safety device for no filling and sealing if there is no empty tube available at the working station, suitable for sealing flexible tubes up to ?0mm. Special design for sealing the tube diameter more than ψ40mm upon request.
6. The filling nozzle is equipped with suction back, down stroke and up stroke devices, so that the filler can be avoided to touch the tubes. The adjustable filling volume will be ±1-2%.
7. The mixer can automatically stir the filler synchronously for the convenience of filling. Optinal independent stirrer can be ordered to avoid the foaming problem of the filler.
8. All parts get in touch with the filler are made of corrosionproof material SUS 316 to prevent inner filler form physical and chemical change and affecting the quality.
9. This machine provided 12 rotation tube holders for easy and convenient operation, and the replacement of the tubes of different tube diameter as well as the replacement of the tube holders can be completed within 5 minutes.
10. The height of the tubes can be easily adjusted.The height of the working table is adjustable.
11. The patterns of tube sealing can be designed as customer's request.
12. Equipped with tube trimming device. Suitable for sealed PE tubes and laminated tubes for better appearance. Curved trimming patterns areupon request.
13. The sealing device can use STRONG or RINCO ultrasonic sealing units. The frequency has 20KHZ and 35KHZ and various output to choose.
14. 35KHZ ultrasonic sealing unit is equipped with RINCO35KHZ ultrasonic oscillation unit which has small frequency, therefore, it is more suitable for sealing aluminum laminated tubes.
