INTRODUCTION:
This machine is by means of the high frequency oscillation of the sonic waves to contact directly with the workpieces to be welded to transmit the oscillation and use the pressure to increase the temperatire of the workpieces to reach to melting, then stop oscillation and hold the set pressure to harden the workpieces to achieve the welding effect. The above welding action is very fast, therefore, this method is widely applied in the welding industry.

ADVANTAGES:

  1. Equipped with optical meter. The travel is controlled digitally by optical meter (accuracy 0.01mm). The points of starting and stoping ultrasonic oscillation can be digitally modified. It is different from traditional adjustment method which uses an adjusting vernier screw.
  2. The present values, actual working values, welding time and holding time etc. parameters can be digitally displayed.
  3. Provided with Circuit Breakers and Error Display Device, easy for maintenance and ideal for application. In case of any failure of an electronic component, the ERROR LED will be lit accompanying with a buzzer sound to notice the operator to check the failure. If necessary, just replace a new fuse of an IC board, the welder can be fixed within minutes.
  4. Equipped with a Sonic Regulator for easy adjustment of the best ready-to-use condition. An operator can easily adjust the best ready-to-use condition of the ultrasonic welder by means of the Sonic Regulator. If the ultrasonic frequency is not properly adjusted, the output of the welding energy will be insufficient and will lead a failure.
  5. Equipped with high precision and stable Roller Guide Rails. More stable than ball-screwed or ball bearing guide rails. No risks of deflection or vibration problem during dowm stroke movement. The most suitable unit for welding the non-flat and/or curved surfaces.
  6. Stop oscillation at the preset position. The welding time can be precisely preset to guarantee the consistency of the end products. Due to the variable welding conditions, such as different thickness, molding cavities, pressure variations and power variations etc., taking the advantages of this special function, the height of the workpiece to be welded can be precisely controlled.
  7. Special design of circuits, high output and long service life. It can complete the welding within seconds.
  8. Large stable machine bed, equipped with T-slots easy for fixing the fixture using nuts. The fixture can be fixed and installed within angles of 360°.
