INTRODUCTION:
This machine use ultrasonic oscillation to melt the workpiece and press with special designed steel roller to perform seaming, lace cutting, shearing, splitting, hole punching, pattern, forming, printing, hot stamping, reinforcement and metal wire welding and setting.

ADVANTAGE:
  1. Ultrasonic melt can be down in seconds. During the processing, no smoke or spark, therfore, the fabric edge will not be damaged and there will be no burrs.
  2. The pattern rollers are made of special alloy steel, the welding horn is abrasio-proof with long service life.
  3. The rollers cab be easily replaced. The rollers with different patterns can be optionally designed as requirement.
  4. Pre-heating is not required. Continuous operation can be done.
  5. Color foils or gold foils can be added, so that after pressing, heat transfer or hot stamping of the color can be achieved.
  6. Multiple sets of machines can be combined to a special machine in order to work a larger size products at one time, e.g. bed sheets, umbrellas etc.
  7. The machine is easy to operate and maintain, uses 20KHZ low noise ultrasonic frequency, to avoid any noise interference.

APPLICATION:
  1. Fabrics made of synthetic fibers or chemical fiber blended fabrics, or chemical films can be processed by this machine to become the required products, e.g. nylon fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven, T/C fabrics, T/R fabrics, Polyester fabrics, multiple layer fabrics, as well as various kinds of laminated or glued films and papers costed with fabrics etc.
  2. Suitable products including: Dress laces, bed sheets, pillow shams, tents, packing strips, carrying bags, curtains, rain coats, wind coats, toys, gloves, mouth masks, X' mas decorations, umbrellas and filters etc.
