MODEL: HC35-3

INTRODUCTION:
The HC35-3 cuts various synthetic fabrics quickly and safely. Along the cutting point a plasticised edge is created during the cutting/ welding process, which makes fraying impossible. Thermoplastic foils and fleeces can also be cut at low energy cost and cleanly using this equipment. Where higher stresses are involved, the cutting system is forces-air cooled by a targeted air jet.

ADVANTAGE:

1. HC35-3 is available in various configurations, and can be used either manually or fitted on to a cutting machine.
2. The tool-free insertion and removal of the oscillator system reduces tool-setting times enormously. In addition, the HC35-3 can be equipped as desired according to type of use, with various converter/ booster combinations.
3. The optional cooling system protects the tool and material from overheating.
4. RL/ SL generators with 250, 400 or 600Woutput are used together with HC35-3. In conjunction with a welding press, the built-in electronic time control allows standardization of welding and holding time.
5. The HC35-3 guarantees a high level of precision with optimuum reproducibility of the cutting process. It can always be reproduced, thanks to the very accurate scale. The ultrasonic seperating operation runs with hardly any contact between the sonotrode tip and the tungsten carbide anvil.
6. The cutting foot comes completer with a tungsten carbide cutting zone, which ensures a long, useful life. Two plastic rollers enable easy guidance along the cutting table.
