MODEL: STFW-15
INTRODUCTION:
- Provided with Japanese NTK rotor, the output is higher than other Taiwan made ultrasonic welding machines.
- electronic automatic loop control, automatic frequency detect, overland protection,stable oscillation, STP circuit protection device, easy for maintenance, high output, long service lift.
- Equipped with STP failure protection function. When the components break, LED will indicate the failure component. Users only need to change fuses or PCBs to repair the machine. It is easy for maintenance and provides longer service life.
- Equipped with electronic automatic loop control, automatic frequency detect, overland protection,stable oscillation.
- Overload automatic protection system to avoid ultrasonic troubles. This machine is more suitable for foreign use.
- Driven by program controlled servo-motor, easy for operation, high precision control.
APPLICATION:
Round fans of Air conditioner. Diameter: 67~200mm.
Length of Cross fan: Standard=800mm; Advance= 1000mm. |

OPERATION PROCEDURE:
Operators put the top section and middle section on the fixture then press the Dual Start buttons. This machine will process according the setup parameters, and move downward to setup height and wait for operators to put in next middle section. The welding sections can be set. This machine will automatically stop welding operation when required sections is reached. End products will be ejected automatically and the press will return to home position.
