INTRODUCTION:
Ultrasonic metal welding is based esstinally on high-frequency mechanical to friction overlap the same or different metl materials and to press the welding horn with proper pressure down to the parts making friction on the metal surfaces for welding. No welding additive is required.

ADVANTAGE:
  1. Modular design gives easy servicing. For changing the output, simply replace another generator. Available output: 20KHZ-1000/ 1500W; 35KHZ-400/ 600/ 900W.
  2. Automatic tuning, no need to make manual tuning. Irrespective of replacing another welding horn or any variation of frequency due to temperature increase during the operation process, this unit can trace automatically to achieve the best welding effect.
  3. Maintenance of a constant welding amplitude and welding result even during fluctuations in the supply voltage of 220V~240V.
  4. Easy operation. Positioning errors are recognized by the system and signal. Before each operation, a short auto-diagnosis is carried out in the ultrasonic system. If a specified idling level is exceed, then an error signal is given for easy service and maintenance.
  5. The interfaces of this unit can be integrated with the PLC to receive incoming commands and to execute such commands, ideal for automation process.
  6. High output, 100% higher than other presses made in Taiwan or other foreign countries.
  7. Equipped with circuit breakers. If any component of the system is overload, it will be monitored automatically by the sensor and give signal to superior control devices for interference,. Sych equipments are essential for automatic production lines requiring high product quality.
  8. Professional designed safety and steady starting program for more steady start for large size of welding horns and rapid start for smaller size of welding horns.
  9. After-pulse design to avoid the risk of parts being blocked on the horn.
  10. The press is designed by RINCO (Switzerland) and manufactured in Taiwan. Peripheral structure can be changed as customer's request. Most of the machine parts are OEM imported form Switzerland.

APPLICATION:

  1. Welding of the nickel screens of Ni-MH batteries and/or cleaning of terminals and electrodes.
  2. Welding of the cooper foil/nickel plates and/or aluminum foils/ aluminum plates for Lithium batteries.
  3. Welding of cables and wires.
  4. Welding of wires with various kinds of electrolytic parts, resistors, electronic components, magnetic coils, contact points of switches, contact points of connectors etc.
  5. Large size heat extraction fins, heat exchanger fins, cellular conductors etc. of home electrical appliances, automotive parts and accessories.
  6. Welding of the contact points of different metals for solenoids, non-fuse switches etc. high voltage components.
  7. For water-proof and air-proof metal tube sealing.
  8. Welding of electrolytic equipments, IC pins, relays, temperature switches, coils, motor coils, fuses or metal plates and cables and wires.

REMARK:

  • Advantages of 20KHZ metal welder:
    1. Suitable for welding parts with large contact area, high output for completion of instant welding.
    2. For welding parts which require the welding with more force, e.g. motor head, switch contact points, starting cable contact points etc.
    3. Frequency range: 20,000 time/sec for producing high energy.
  • Advantages of 35KHZ metal welder:
    1. Suitable for welding parts with small contact area, even those parts equipped with very fine compact components or metallurgical treatment. No damage on parts being welded.
    2. Suitable for welding precision compact electronic components etc. or for precision small point welding.
    3. Frequency range: 35,000 times/sec without noise interference, less variation of amplitude and more vibration frequencies per second, therefore, it can work faster than a press of 20KHZ.
