Introduction:
This is a special welder designed for welding the solar energy collection plates, base on the ultrasonic metal welding principles, to generate high frequency vibration energy so as to weld the solar energy collection plates (glasses) coated with aluminum together with the aluminum foil. Because the welding method does not use any solder flux, therefore, the resistance of the welding area (joint) is very low, thus it will not generate heat during power loading and/or discharge, so that the service life of the end products can be extended remarkably.

Because this unit is a continuous rolling welding device, it can be connected to an automatic operation line for mass production purpose. Multiple ultrasonic welder units can be combined together for simultaneous welding and after welding, such a multiple welding function can increase the mass production capacity and efficiency. The max. width of the welding joints can be up to 6mm, which is very suitable for welding the solar energy collection plates with high current. If the welding joint is too small, then it will be easy to generate overheat during electricity charge and discharge. Because no soldering flux is used during welding, therefore the resistance of the welding area is quite low, and will not generate heat during power charge and discharge. Furthermore, the welding joint will not get fallen off due to deformation resulting from changes of ambient temperature. This unit can be used together with a modular type ultrasonic generator. The welding output can be changed when changing the desired ultrasonic generator. Generators of 400/ 600/ 900W are available for optional application. This unit is possible for automatic sonic adjustment. In case of changing another welding horn or the temperature of the working horn is increasing, this unit can trace it automatically to achieve the best welding effect, this it is not required to make manual adjustment, thus easy for operation. The power supply of this unit can be stabilized automatically within 220V~240V, which is very suitable for operation in those countries with variable unstable power supply. This unit is protected with trouble-free function, when any part is under an overload condition, it can be monitored by the controller automatically to interfere the operation process automatically to avoid any occurrence of failure. This unit can be connected with a PLC to receive an external command and execute it, which is very suitable for automatic mass The ultrasonic generator can display the current operating frequency and the output can be adjusted as desired: SL generator: 60％∼100％, each step at 5％. AGM generator: 40％∼100％, digital controllable.
